Ukraine is actively attacking oil refineries and energy infrastructure in Russia, aiming to deprive it of the capabilities to conduct warfare. The Security Service of Ukraine reported over 160 precision strikes that have significantly reduced oil production and led to a fuel shortage in the aggressor country. Such actions by Ukraine simplify Russia's ability to finance its army and violate international law.
One of the methods of combat is the so-called 'kinetic sanctions' - attacks on objects deep in the enemy's rear. This deprives Russia of income from oil production and limits its ability to wage war. These measures lead to serious imbalances in the Russian economy and defense sector.
