Three-Party Talks on Ukraine Scheduled for Geneva
High-level diplomatic talks aimed at addressing the conflict in Ukraine will be held in Geneva on February 17–18, 2026. The negotiations will bring together delegations from Ukraine, the United States, and Russia. Switzerland will facilitate the safe passage of the Russian delegation to the Swiss city. These talks represent a significant diplomatic effort to engage the key parties directly involved in the ongoing war.
The Russian delegation will be led by Vladimir Medinsky, an aide to the Russian President, and will consist of at least 15 individuals. Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin is also confirmed as a participant. Representing Ukraine will be a delegation comprising:
- Head of the Presidential Office, Kyrylo Budanov,
- First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office, Serhiy Kyslytsia,
- Head of the parliamentary faction 'Servant of the People,' David Arakhamia,
- Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Vadym Skibitsky.
The Ukrainian negotiating team has already departed for Switzerland.
