Ukrainian defense companies will collaborate more closely with Denmark, as reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. According to the agreement, Ukrainian manufacturers will initiate joint projects on Danish territory, exchange technologies, and receive financial support from the EU.
'The signing of the Memorandum is a significant step towards forming a new security system in Europe and enhancing the capabilities of the defense complexes of our states. The joint products created during the collaboration will support the Defense Forces of Ukraine,' stated the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian and Danish parties also agreed to exchange experiences in weapons production and in combating Russian drones. Joint work on strategically important projects within the framework of the Build with Ukraine initiative is also planned.
Ukrainian-Danish cooperation in the defense industry promises to be an important step towards strengthening security in the region and enhancing the defense capabilities of both countries.
