Ukraine is starting the testing of the e-Notary system, which will be a new step in the country's digital transformation. The First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced this.
According to his statement, all notaries have the opportunity to join the work with the new electronic platform. The first electronic services for citizens are planned to be implemented as early as 2026.
'The electronic notary is a modern digital platform that transforms traditional notary services into an efficient service. This is an important step for Ukraine in the development of state digital services. Notarial services are among the most conservative in any country, but digitalization will allow us to reach a new level. E-Notary is a kind of signal to the whole world that Ukraine is a leader in digital transformation,' explained Fedorov.
