Poland has published an updated list of deficit professions, where foreigners, including Ukrainians, find it easiest to get employed. The decision is explained by the shortage of personnel in key sectors of the economy against the backdrop of the imbalance between the number of vacancies and unemployed. This is reported by InPoland.
According to official data, in the first half of 2025, around 33,000 unemployed were registered in the Polish labor market, while employers reported nearly 29,000 open vacancies. To simplify access for foreigners to work, the Polish authorities have issued over 100,000 documents legalizing employment.
