The survey revealed varied employment statuses among participants: 26% were unemployed and actively seeking work, while another 26% were fully or partially employed. Only 13% of respondents stated they were completely satisfied with their career situation, indicating that a large portion of the Ukrainian workforce is still seeking to improve their professional prospects.

Respondents also pointed to several other fields with strong potential for job growth:
- Marketing, advertising, and PR (22%)
- Cleaning and domestic staff (20%)
- Transport and logistics, and manufacturing and engineering (13% each)
- Education and science (12%)
- Healthcare (11%)
It is important to note the surging demand on the Ukrainian labor market for qualified workers, particularly skilled tradespeople like certified fitters and welders, who are now among the most sought-after specialists. Salaries in these professions continue to climb, reflecting the increased demand for this category of labor. Consequently, trade, sales, and skilled labor are emerging as key pillars of the Ukrainian job market for the coming years.
The OLX Work survey results underscore current labor market trends in Ukraine, where most respondents are focusing on sectors related to commerce and sales.
