As of the beginning of July 2025, Ukrainians have registered approximately 30 thousand companies in Poland. Of the 29,044 companies, almost half - 13,014 businesses - were opened after the start of the full-scale war. In total, over the last 3.5 years, 208,251 companies have been created in Poland, and 6% of them were founded by Ukrainians.
Ukrainians most often register the equivalent of the Ukrainian LLC - spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością - 27,656 or 95% of all Ukrainian businesses in Poland. Additionally, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of charitable organizations founded by Ukrainians in Poland: since 2022, Ukrainians have created 486 foundations, which is four times more than before the start of the large war.
The most Ukrainian companies are registered in three voivodeships: Mazovian (specifically, Warsaw) - 11,568 companies, Lesser Poland (Krakow and the region) - 3,200 businesses, and Lower Silesian (Wroclaw and the surroundings) - 3,019.
In recent years, Ukrainians have actively registered companies in Poland, establishing more than 30 thousand businesses. The most popular type of company among Ukrainians is the equivalent of the Ukrainian LLC. It is also worth noting the significant growth in the number of charitable organizations founded by Ukrainians in Poland. The most Ukrainian companies are registered in the Mazovian, Lesser Poland, and Lower Silesian voivodeships.
