Join UP!™ Unveils a New Business Model

Founded in Ukraine, the international travel brand Join UP!™ is shifting from a traditional tour operator to a vertically integrated service called Join Up! Travel Universe. With over 15 years in operation, the company aims to refresh its visual identity and focus on multi-service offerings, quality control, and a seamless customer experience.

Operating across nine markets—including Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Moldova—Join UP!™ has served more than 8 million tourists. Its partner network includes nearly 10,000 travel agencies. The new model, branded as Join Up! Travel Universe, encompasses:

  • logistics
  • management
  • distribution
  • travel products

Core Components of the New Approach

The architecture of this new model rests on several key pillars. For logistics, SkyUp™ will serve as the company’s strategic aviation partner. Management will be handled through in-house DMC companies that cater to travelers in destination countries. Distribution spans traditional travel agencies (B2B sales), travel shops (offline B2C points), and direct online bookings via the website. Travel products include package and dynamic tours, hotel reservations, flight tickets, excursions, events, activities, car rentals, and more.

The company has already updated its visual identity across all digital platforms, and its new slogan is: Join. Travel. Celebrate. The brand philosophy has also evolved, now grounded in the concept of Celebrate Yourself™. The revamped platform is already live for users.

Company representative Iryna Mosulezna noted: 'In recent years, we’ve seen how quickly the global travel market is changing. Clients expect more from a travel company. They need a reliable partner available 24/7 at every stage of their journey, helping them get the most out of their vacation.'

In this way, Join UP!™ aims to go beyond selling individual services by managing the entire customer experience—from travel inspiration all the way to returning home. This approach is designed to deliver simplicity, reliability, and trust amid the modern challenges faced by Ukrainians.

The company’s transition to a new business model reflects broader trends in the travel industry, where consumers seek more integrated and convenient solutions. Expanding services and adopting new technologies could boost Join UP!™’s competitiveness in the international market, especially as post-pandemic travel demand rebounds. It also represents a significant step in strengthening global consumer trust in Ukrainian travel brands.
