Occupants attacked energy facilities in Ukraine

During the last day, the occupants have launched strikes on electricity facilities in several regions. This has led to power outages for consumers in the Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions. This was reported by Ukrenergo on the Glavcom website.

'Energy professionals are doing everything possible to restore the damage as quickly as possible and provide consumers with electricity. Emergency recovery work is being carried out in accordance with safety requirements and after obtaining the necessary permits from the military,' the message said.

Electricity consumption restrictions in Ukraine

Due to the consequences of Russian shelling, electricity consumption restrictions have been introduced in most regions of the country. The hourly blackout schedules remain valid until the end of the day, with the duration of outages ranging from 2 to 4 hours. Previously, electricity cuts were planned for 2-3.5 hours, but the plans have changed.

In areas with hourly outages, power capacity restrictions for industry and business are also in place.

Power outages due to bad weather in the Kirovohrad region

Due to worsening weather conditions, electricity supply has been interrupted in 16 settlements in the Kirovohrad region. Emergency recovery work has already begun, and consumers are expected to receive electricity by the end of the day.

Recently, Russia attacked the Odesa region using drones. Fires at energy facilities have been extinguished thanks to the work of rescuers.
