The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, together with Ukrzaliznytsia and other partners, has begun working on improving digital services for internally displaced persons. According to the ministry, more than 25 thousand Ukrainians have already confirmed their IDP status through a special application that allows them to receive various benefits and discounts, including the loyalty program 'Iron Friends'. It is worth noting that users of this application have already purchased 100 thousand tickets, and 4 thousand of them actively use the loyalty program.
Additionally, among the popular services for IDPs are offers from taxi services, postal services, marketplaces, and other online services. The ministry expresses gratitude to all partners and businesses who joined this project, the goal of which is to provide support and protection for every Ukrainian citizen, regardless of their place of residence.
The Ukrainian government is actively developing digital services for internally displaced persons, collaborating with various partners to create convenient and accessible conditions for citizens. This not only eases their daily routine but also provides a sense of support and protection during the difficult period of relocation.
