Residents of Lviv and Volyn regions have received new railway connection. Since July 16, a modernized rail bus has been operating on the route Lviv - Lutsk - Rivne, offering daily morning and evening runs. This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.
New train Lviv - Lutsk - Rivne: schedule from July 16
A modernized rail bus will operate on the route. The company notes that its launch is intended to make the connection between the Lviv and Volyn regions more convenient and offer passengers additional travel options.
Train No. 822 Lviv - Lutsk - Rivne will run on the following schedule:

Lviv - departure at 09:35;

Lutsk - arrival at 13:35;

Rivne - arrival at 14:36.

The return trip will be operated by train No. 821 Rivne - Lutsk - Lviv. It will depart from Rivne at 15:07, arrive in Lutsk at 16:17, and reach Lviv at 20:10.
Tickets for the new runs are already available for purchase. Passengers can obtain them at the railway station ticket offices or through the official app of Ukrzaliznytsia in the long-distance section.
The launch of the additional route is expected to improve transportation links between the three regional centers and offer more opportunities for daily trips, business travel, and journeys between regions.
As a reminder, Ukrzaliznytsia transported over a million passengers in two weeks.
