To support the allegation, the agencies released an audio recording of a conversation between Tymoshenko and a parliamentarian.
On January 16, the High Anti-Corruption Court set pre-trial restrictions for Tymoshenko, ordering her to post bail of 33.3 million hryvnias. The court also imposed the following obligations:

- refrain from leaving the Kyiv region without investigative permission;

Finally, on February 26, NABU returned the $40,000 seized during the January search to Tymoshenko, following a decision by the court's Appeals Chamber.
