'We are systematically supporting the children who have suffered the most from the war. Our task is to give them the opportunity to recover, to feel safety and support.' - Denys Uliutin
This program aims to create conditions for the recovery and harmonious development of children who have endured difficult circumstances. The ongoing conflict has placed immense strain on Ukraine's youth, making such restorative programs a critical component of the national response.
This government resolution is part of broader efforts to aid children facing severe hardship due to the war. It promotes not only physical recuperation but also psychological rehabilitation, which is especially vital given the prolonged conflict. The program's implementation underscores the state's commitment to addressing the social needs of its most vulnerable citizens.
