Official Inclusion of the 'MORE' Industrial Park
The Ukrainian government has officially registered the 'MORE' industrial park in the national registry of industrial parks. Situated within the Prystolychna rural community of Boryspil district, Kyiv region, this park was initiated by the company Terra Bud Development LLC. Covering an area of 10.9631 hectares, the project aims to generate up to 500 new employment opportunities.
Focus Areas of the ‘MORE’ Industrial Park
The park’s primary industries will include:
- Food production
- Beverage manufacturing
- Machinery and equipment fabrication
- Manufacturing of finished metal products (excluding machinery and equipment)
- Production of clay-based construction materials
- Renewable energy
To develop and equip the park, investments approaching 473.74 million hryvnias are expected. Funding sources include the project initiator, investors, the managing company, participants, other stakeholders, and state support programs.
Currently, Ukraine has 127 registered industrial parks. By the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises within these parks are either constructed or under construction, with 22 already operational and 15 still being built. Total investments in these parks exceed 45 billion hryvnias.
Vitaliy Kindrativ commented on the new registration: “Each new park added to the registry signals to investors that building manufacturing facilities in Ukraine is both feasible and worthwhile, even now. The state is ready to share risks through public incentive mechanisms.”
The registration of the ‘MORE’ industrial park highlights the Ukrainian government’s commitment to boosting industrial growth and attracting investment. Given the rapid pace of new park and enterprise developments, this initiative is expected to positively impact the regional economy by creating jobs and enhancing infrastructure. Investments in industrial parks play a crucial role in drawing further investors, thereby supporting sustained economic growth in Ukraine.
The recent registration of the 'MORE' industrial park is part of a broader strategy by the Ukrainian government to enhance industrial development. This initiative aligns with the updated directory of industrial parks, which opens new avenues for investment and economic growth in the region. As more parks are established, the potential for job creation and industrial diversification continues to expand, signaling a positive outlook for investors.
