Comprehensive Update to Ukraine’s Industrial Parks Directory

The government continues to invest heavily in upgrading the engineering, transport, and energy infrastructure of these parks, alongside providing financial incentives through co-funding programs.

It also outlines incentives, benefits for participants, managing companies, and contact details. Currently, Ukraine hosts 123 registered industrial parks spanning nearly all regions. In 2024 alone, 25 parks received state-supported co-financing totaling more than 2.1 billion hryvnias. Additionally, in 2026, six parks were granted funding to support nine projects amounting to 293.7 million hryvnias.

Key Benefits of Industrial Parks

Industrial parks contribute significantly to job creation, with every hectare of developed park space generating approximately 50 new jobs. Notably, for every one hryvnia invested by the government into these parks, an average of six hryvnias in private capital is attracted. By the end of 2025, 22 industrial enterprises had been built within the parks, while 15 more were under construction. Total investments funneled into these parks exceed 45 billion hryvnias.

The growth of industrial parks forms a core part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy, which aims to boost the country’s processing industry, attract private investors, and foster the creation of new manufacturing facilities and employment.
