About 1 million internally displaced persons have been registered in Ukraine







According to operational information, 949,557 people have been displaced from the temporarily occupied territories and areas of the anti-terrorist operation to other regions, including 928,627 from Donetsk and Luhansk regions and 20,930 from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.


It is noted that among all the displaced, 160,416 are children; 467,305 are people with disabilities and the elderly.


The largest number of internally displaced persons are located in Luhansk (220,868 people), Kharkiv (190,443 people), Donetsk (113,142 people), and Dnipropetrovsk (84,509 people) regions. Almost 66,000 people moved to the Zaporizhzhia region, about 44,000 to Kyiv region, and about 39,000 to Kyiv.


The smallest number of displaced persons is found in the western regions, particularly: in Rivne region - 3,500 people, in Ternopil region - 2,700 people, and the same in Chernivtsi.


According to official data, women in this category gave birth to 4,777 infants, as reported by most-dnepr.info


Psychologists from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, along with representatives of public (volunteer) organizations, provided psychological assistance to 161,262 people, including 44,803 children.
