Ukrainian TV presenter and journalist Vadym Karpyak announced that he is preparing to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine after successfully passing the military medical commission. The 48-year-old media figure has already begun the basic military training process, as he reported on his social networks.

Vadym shared that he was accompanied by an 18-year-old Ukrainian who had returned from abroad. Karpyak also mentioned the regional center where he is located, emphasizing the importance of mobilizing through the Recruitment Center. He chose this path of training over the Territorial Defense Commissions.

“I respect the Recruitment Center of the Airborne Assault Forces in Zhytomyr. You walk in, and there is a stylish design in signature maroon color, clear and human support throughout this bureaucratic system of the military medical commission/mobilization/contract. Plus WiFi and delicious unlimited coffee... Therefore, in the matter of mobilizing through the Territorial Defense Center or through the Recruitment Center, I vote for option number 2,” concluded Karpyak.
