Ukraine's parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, has registered two new draft laws (No. 15284 and No. 15283) designed to bring order to the use of small electric vehicles across the country. The petition also demands that operators obtain a special certificate or driver’s license to use electric transport. Rental services would be required to verify users' ages through the Diia app, and companies would be held accountable for renting vehicles to minors.
