Ukraine's embassy in France has reached out to police and medical facilities in Monaco following an explosion that injured sanctioned Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolaiev, his wife, and their 13-year-old son. The blast occurred on June 29 in Monte Carlo at around 9:00 PM. Surveillance footage reportedly captured an unidentified individual placing a backpack near the entrance of a residential building, which later detonated.

Authorities activated an emergency security plan, and a manhunt for the suspect is ongoing. Monaco's prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the incident. Ukrainian diplomats are on the scene, coordinating with local law enforcement, medical institutions, and judicial bodies.
