Ukraine's embassy in France has reached out to police and medical facilities in Monaco following an explosion that injured sanctioned Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolaiev, his wife, and their 13-year-old son. Surveillance footage reportedly captured an unidentified individual placing a backpack near the entrance of a residential building, which later detonated.
