Court Battle Between Dmytro and Lyudmyla Panchuk

The lawsuit concerns financial payments that Lyudmyla Panchuk received while her son was in Russian captivity. Dmytro Panchuk was entitled to monthly payments of 120,000 hryvnias from June 2022 until January 2025. In total, Dmytro states the claim amounts to 4.2 million hryvnias. During a court hearing on March 20, he asserted:
"Your mother received all your funds."
