Increase in the number of summons for military conscripts

According to people's deputy Ruslan Gorbenko, the number of summons for military conscripts will increase due to the expansion of the information base of territorial recruitment centers. He noted that the information about the PIN registration will be available in full, which will facilitate the issuance of a larger number of summons.

'More summons will be issued, as the information will be available in full, especially regarding the PIN registration. Therefore, I think that the TCC will have a complete database,' Gorbenko noted.

The deputy also emphasized that the main problem is not in issuing summons, but in locating the conscripts. He believes that each situation should be considered individually. Gorbenko proposes to increase the staff of the TCC by employing demobilized military personnel and is considering the possibility of hiring veterans in law enforcement agencies.

'Moreover, [demobilized] military personnel always ask: why can’t they be police officers? A person fought for three years and wants to continue working in the security and defense sector, for example, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs,' Gorbenko said.

It is currently known that the government has already voted for the relevant amendment to the state budget for 2026, which provides for an increase in funding for the security sector. According to the deputy, Western partners are also providing assistance in this matter, allocating 6 billion euros for the funding of Ukrainian military personnel until the end of 2025.
