Ukraine's General Staff has released updated figures on Russian military losses as of the morning of February 19, 2026. This marks the 1,457th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. According to the report, Russia's total personnel losses now stand at approximately 1,256,910, an increase of 830 from the previous update.
Equipment Losses
Russian equipment losses also continue to mount. As of February 19, 2026, the following increases were recorded:
- Tanks – 11,682 units (+1)
- Armored Combat Vehicles – 24,054 units (+3)
- Artillery Systems – 37,384 units (+21)
- Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) – 1,649 units (+1)
Furthermore, the General Staff data indicates the following:
- Aircraft losses remain at 435 units
- Helicopter losses remain at 347 units
- Operational-Tactical Level UAVs have increased to 138,330 units (+406)
Losses in other equipment categories include:
- 4,314 cruise missiles
- 29 ships and boats
- 2 submarines
- 79,036 units of automotive equipment and fuel tankers (+117)
Special equipment losses remain at 4,072 units.
