Ukrainian General Staff Details Intense Fighting Across Multiple Fronts
Over the past day, Ukrainian forces have reported 165 separate combat engagements. The military situation was marked by numerous aerial and missile strikes across the country, as well as attacks along various sections of the frontline. In total, Russian forces conducted two missile strikes and 91 air strikes, deploying 204 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, Ukrainian forces recorded 7,518 kamikaze drone attacks and 4,124 artillery bombardments targeting military positions and settlements.
Enemy activity along the front remains high. Ukrainian defenders documented 74 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and successfully struck eight areas where enemy personnel and equipment were concentrated. As a result of combat operations, two enemy artillery systems and two command posts were also neutralized.

- South-Slobozhanske direction: 11 assaults on Ukrainian positions.
- Kupiansk direction: three attacks.
- Lyman direction: nine attacks.
- Sloviansk direction: five attacks.
- Kramatorsk direction: two attacks.
- Kostiantynivka direction: 15 attacks.
Ukrainian forces successfully repelled 44 enemy assault and offensive actions on the Pokrovsk direction. There were also five attacks on the Oleksandrivka direction and one unsuccessful assault on the Prydniprovske direction. As of today, the full-scale war in Ukraine has entered its 1,427th day. This sustained intensity underscores the ongoing pressure along a vast frontline, stretching Ukrainian defensive resources.
The surge in combat activity indicates heightened tension at the front, which may be linked to shifts in enemy strategy or preparations for new offensives. Given the sheer volume of bombardments and attacks, Ukrainian troops continue to actively defend their positions, striving to maintain control over key territories. These events highlight both the protracted nature of the conflict and its profound impact on regional security, with no immediate signs of de-escalation.
