People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko published a detailed plan for reforming the mobilization system in Ukraine on social media on October 14, 2025. This post was the result of analyzing numerous feedbacks that the deputy received after the previous publication about the work of territorial recruitment centers.
According to Fedienko, the majority of the feedback was sent by ordinary citizens, not by TCK employees or active servicemen. Summarizing the received proposals, the deputy formed a list of specific steps to improve the mobilization system, which he plans to advocate in the Ministry of Defense.
New proposals from the deputy
The primary task, the deputy considers, is training TCK employees in effective communication with citizens. According to his vision, every mobilized person should have a contact person to receive answers to all questions. The deputy also proposes to develop a short informational brochure with the most common questions that people can study while processing documents.
The principle of voluntary choice of the place of service is defined by Fedienko as the second important element of the reform. If there are several military units, the mobilized must be offered options. In cases where all other places are occupied, the person needs to be explained the mechanism of future transfer.
