59-year-old Vitaliy Danchuk died on October 17, 2025, from heart disease in the Chernihiv region. This was reported with reference to the Rivne Regional Council.
During his service, he participated in combat operations in Afghanistan and Azerbaijan, was born in Khmelnytskyi region, and studied at the Moscow Military School. After retiring, he once again took up the defense of the country during the ATO.
According to his wife, Vitaliy was always dedicated to his work and colleagues, calling them his large military family. Together they loved fishing on weekends and vacations.
The funeral of Vitaliy Danchuk took place on October 19 in Rivne. He was buried at the Heroes' Alley of the city, and his memory is cherished by his mother, brother, wife, and son.
