Defender of Ukraine Dmytro Tymkovych died on October 11, 2025. This was reported by

Dmytro Tymkovych was born on September 3, 1976, in the village of Chaykovichi in Lviv region. He studied at secondary school No. 54 in Lviv city and secondary school I-III levels No. 91 in Lviv city. He later received education in the field of "Operation of computer-controlled machine tools and robotic complexes" at Vocational School No. 20 in Lviv.
Struggling for the Homeland
According to relatives, Dmytro was fond of fishing, loved to cook, was kind and caring, always ready to help others. He stood out for his persistence and responsibility.
With the onset of the full-scale invasion, he took up the defense of the Homeland against the invasion of Russian occupiers. He defended the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia, North Slobozhanskyi, and Donetsk directions as part of the 47th separate mechanized brigade "Magura" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Awarded the badge of honor of the 47th separate mechanized brigade "Magura" of the III degree.
The soldier was buried on October 18, 2025, at Lychakiv Cemetery, in the field of Honorary Burials of modern heroes.
Dmytro Tymkovych is survived by a son, a wife, a sister, and a brother.
