This service is available only for adult citizens with a tax number and biometric passport in the 'Diia' app, and the user must be the owner of the vehicle, and their technical passport must be saved in the mobile app.
It should be noted that when changing the technical characteristics of the vehicle, it is necessary to contact the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs directly, as the digital service does not cover such cases. In addition, Ukrainian drivers must adhere to seasonal road restrictions.
