Forecasters report the approach of extreme meteorological phenomena across Ukraine. Frosts of 0-3° are expected overnight from September 26 to 27, except for the southern regions and Transcarpathia. A level I hazard has been declared, indicated by yellow.
In addition, in some regions of the country, namely in Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Chernihiv regions, frosts in the air of 0-3° are expected. A level II hazard has already been declared for these regions, indicated by orange.
