The autumn season has brought a real boom of vacancies to Ukrainians: demand for workers has increased in manufacturing, trade, and education, with the highest offers reaching 70 thousand UAH in the Defense Forces. According to OLX Work, the August announcements surpassed the May figures, opening doors for thousands of job seekers. This is reported by RBK-Ukraine.
Which Profession Has the Highest Demand in the Market in Autumn 2025
The most noticeable leap has been recorded in blue-collar professions:
The number of vacancies for assemblers has increased by 331%, with a median salary of 25 thousand UAH - an ideal option for those looking for stable work without higher education.
In retail, the customer manager position leads (+117%, 21 thousand UAH), while salespeople remain in high demand but with less growth.
Education is also keeping pace: vacancies for teachers and lecturers have doubled (+96%), offering an average of 14 thousand UAH.
Salaries in the Most Popular Job Areas in Ukraine
The seasonal revival has also touched other areas. Here are the key offers with salaries:
Office managers – 23 thousand UAH, demand growth due to the return to offices.
HR specialists – 29 thousand UAH, staff shortages are forcing companies to search more actively.
Body repairers – 50 thousand UAH, demand in auto services and manufacturing.
Tilers – 45 thousand UAH, the construction boom continues.
Kitchen assistants – 21 thousand UAH, HoReCa is reviving after summer.
Work abroad is becoming a magnet for Ukrainians: vacancies for packers have soared by 213%, with payment of 3–5 thousand euros. Builders see a +65% increase in announcements, and laborers – +41%, making emigration an attractive alternative.
Vacancies in Defense
The defense sector stands out especially: the number of vacancies in the Armed Forces increased by 33%, with a median salary of 70.5 thousand UAH - the highest on the market, motivating patriots and those seeking high income. According to OLX Work, seasonality dictates mixed demand: from 'blue collars' to service roles, forming a dynamic labor market.
