The Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared an emergency assistance service that works even without a mobile connection. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, announced the implementation of the 112 app.

How the 112 app works

In critical situations, you can call through the app, and the 112 operator will automatically determine the need to call rescuers, police, medical staff, or the gas service. You will need to log in to start using it.

When to use the 112 app

  • in a basement or places with Wi-Fi but without mobile connection

  • in areas with poor coverage

  • during accidents or disruptions in mobile networks

Future plans

In the future, there are plans to add a feature for calls using sign language so that the service is accessible to everyone. The 112 app allows you to get help in any conditions when other communication channels are unavailable.

Data protection

All user data is protected, and the app complies with state cybersecurity standards. Information is used only for processing emergency calls.

The 112 app is a convenient and reliable tool for getting help in emergency situations, becoming increasingly accessible to users. The Minister of Internal Affairs aims to expand functionality and improve service to ensure citizen safety.
