Zelensky in Donbas: what decisions were made at the meeting with the command

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, visited the front line, where he met with the soldiers of the 25th separate airborne brigade. During the meeting, he talked to the fighters and listened to a report from the brigade commander.



Commander Andriy Turchyn spoke about the situation at the front, resource and equipment provision, troop rotation, and the use of interceptor drones in their operations.


Issues concerning drone development, contract service, brigade staffing, and the digitization of military processes were also discussed.



Trip to the Front


During the visit to the front position, President Zelensky visited the command point of the 1st Corps of the National Guard 'Azov', which protects the Dobropol direction.


He also visited the command point of the 4th brigade of the National Guard 'Rubizh', which also operates in the Dobropol direction, honoring the military and awarding them for their bravery.



During the trip to the front, President Volodymyr Zelensky engaged in communication with the military and discussed current issues related to security and the functioning of the Ukrainian army in the east of the country. Meetings with brigade commanders and visits to command points of units are important components of the President's work in surveying and discussing the situation at the front and supporting the military who protect the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
