President warns of political overtones in missile supply shortfall
At a session of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy voiced concern about a major reduction in ballistic-missile interceptor deliveries, suggesting the cut may be politically motivated. "This was linked to the war, or, as it is fair to say today, to hostilities and wars in the Middle East. At least that is the official reason we received from our partners, first of all the United States and also European partners,"Zelenskyy stressed. He also noted a shortage of missiles capable of intercepting ballistic threats.
