- Vitebsk Electrical Measuring Instruments Plant
- Radiotechnika

Zelensky has also signed sanction decrees targeting not only Belarusian but also Russian entities involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children. The first sanctions package covers 20 individuals and four legal entities, while a second list includes 23 maritime vessels.
'This is a signal to many of our partners about where pressure should be applied to reduce the level and intensity of this war. Russia lacks goodwill; it must be forced into steps that reduce aggression, and later they can call those steps gestures of goodwill.'
— Volodymyr Zelensky
Zelensky also stressed the importance of keeping Belarus from being drawn into the war and called for achieving a just peace in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
'I have now signed a new, substantial sanctions package for Ukraine, including against entities from Belarus,' Zelensky added.
The imposition of these new sanctions is part of Ukraine's strategy to pressure countries that support Russian aggression. This decision not only underscores Kyiv's resolve in fighting the aggressor but may also signal to the international community the need for more decisive action in supporting Ukraine. The sanctions against Belarusian enterprises highlight the importance of cooperation between Ukraine and its Western partners in combating military aggression and the abduction of Ukrainian children.
As Ukraine intensifies its efforts to counteract external aggression, it is also crucial to consider the broader implications of these measures. Recent sanctions not only target Belarusian entities but also extend to the Russian defense sector, highlighting a coordinated approach to undermine military support for hostile actions.
