Ukraine Unveils Updated Framework for Counterterrorism
On June 11, 2026, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 492/2026, enacting a decision by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) and approving a new counterterrorism concept for Ukraine. - deepened security cooperation with the European Union and NATO.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is tasked with drafting and submitting an implementation plan to the government within three months.
