Зимова допомога у розмірі 6500 гривень: хто має право на отримання підтримки з 21 листопада.

'Winter Support' Program in Ukraine

Starting from November 21, the 'Winter Support' program has been launched in Ukraine, providing assistance to Ukrainians in the amount of 6500 Hryvnias. This initiative aims to support various categories of the population who have been affected by the consequences of the war.

Who is Eligible for Assistance

The assistance of 6500 Hryvnias is available for several groups of the population. As of November 1, 2025, those entitled to receive assistance include:

  • children under 18 from low-income families;
  • children from among internally displaced persons (IDPs);
  • children under guardianship;
  • children with disabilities living in family-type orphanages;
  • persons with disabilities of group I;
  • single pensioners whose pensions do not exceed 9444 Hryvnias.

It is important to note that assistance for IDPs is granted regardless of their financial status during the first six-month period.

To receive this assistance, you must submit a written application at the service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The funds received can be spent on purchasing clothing, shoes, medicines, and vitamins. At the same time, the 'Diia' card is available for payment via phone, simplifying the process of using the funds. Single pensioners with a pension of up to 9444 Hryvnias can receive this assistance without regard to their financial status.

The 'Winter Support' program aims to alleviate the financial burden on the most vulnerable categories of the population in the context of a difficult socio-economic situation in the country.

As many Ukrainians face financial difficulties, this initiative can help cover basic needs, especially during the winter period when expenses for clothing and medicines typically rise. The implementation of the program through the service centers of the Pension Fund also demonstrates the state's commitment to ensuring the accessibility of assistance for those who need it the most.
