Spanish woman sets Guinness record: 15,485 egg cup holders in her collection

In the town of Campo, Spain, a woman named Maria Jose Fuster has become a record holder for the largest collection of egg cup holders. This enthusiast has been collecting unique pieces for 50 years and has amassed at least 15,485 of them. The uniqueness of the collection lies in the diverse designs featuring beloved characters such as Garfield, Superman, Betty Boop, and others.

To count all the items in her collection, Maria found two assistants, and together they took more than three hours. To showcase her unique collection to the public, she not only created a catalog with descriptions of the holders on her blog, but also donated 1,143 pieces for display in the local museum.
