The Armed Forces of Ukraine, as they say, are now 'all in the picture', having transitioned to a new corps structure. According to the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Andriy Hnatov, all newly created corps are actively working within designated groupings. Hence, the country is prepared for various challenges and dangers.
Hnatov: 'There are nuances regarding staffing, training, and the changes that are already taking place within these structures.'
Thanks to significant work and coordination, it was possible to avoid potential enemy attacks in various directions. Now, the management of the new corps is ensured with an adequate level of training, allowing for the execution of combat tasks as intended. The General Staff continues to work on other measures to update the organizational structure of the Armed Forces, particularly creating Storm Troops and Cyber Forces.
In the vast majority of countries around the world, Armed Forces operate on a corps structure. This promotes better coordination, command, and control in crisis situations. Ukraine is no exception, and the transition to the corps model helps maintain security and stability in the country.
