Sakhalar (self-name of the Yakuts, – ed.) Yermak Grigoriev, who was serving time for killing an FSB colonel, decided to try his luck at the front. However, he quickly realized that surviving there was almost impossible. This was reported by the project 'I want to find', referring to 'Glavkom'.

Prison monotony and the difficulty of life at the front

The man said that he served seven years for murder – he did not share a lake with the colonel of the Federal Security Service. The colonel shouted that Yermak Grigoriev and his father-in-law were bothering him and driving him away from the shore. He had to serve another six years, but the Yakut got tired of the prison monotony and signed a contract.

Horrible conditions at the front

At the front, soldiers were almost not fed, although the commanders had plenty of provisions, the captive said. 'About 100 people gathered in a tree plantation – we were preparing to storm some village. At night, artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine worked on us – it was true hell. In that plantation, almost everyone died. The remaining group tried to escape, but could not manage to get out. I was saved by the fact that I could not walk, fell behind, and then surrendered,' the occupant said.

Appeal of captured North Korean soldiers

Let us remind you that Volodymyr Zelensky reported how many military personnel ended up in Ukrainian captivity this year. He stated that the largest number of Russian prisoners of war was brought by the Dobropil operation. Specifically, the occupants were captured in directions such as Dobropillia and Pokrovsk. Captured North Korean soldiers in Kyiv also ask not to return them home. Two POWs from North Korea, who fought on the side of Russia, have appealed to be transferred to South Korea. These prisoners are in a psychologically unstable condition and have tried to harm themselves.

Yermak Grigoriev, tired of prison routine, tried military life but quickly realized that it was not his option. He also reported on the horrible conditions at the front, where servicemen almost did not receive enough food, although the commanders had everything necessary. In case of captivity, even soldiers from North Korea asked not to send them home, but to transfer them to another country due to psychological problems.
