ISW analysts assessed the consequences for Ukraine of the suspension of arms supplies from the USA

According to glavcom.ua: The USA has halted ammunition supplies for Ukraine, which may affect the country's ability to defend itself against possible Russian attacks. Experts believe that this decision will undermine Ukraine's defense capacity and strengthen Russia's positions.

"The suspension of US aid may lead to the success of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and increase the influence of Russian President Vladimir Putin," the analysts note.

This decision from the USA gives the Kremlin grounds for further offensives against Western European defensive initiatives, posing a threat to regional security.

"If the USA does not provide military assistance to Ukraine, it could make the country more vulnerable to Russian missile attacks and threats to civilians," experts emphasize.

In the event of a cessation of ammunition supplies, Ukraine may face an increase in Russian influence in the region and an escalation of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
