According to ДСНС: Andriy Danyk, the head of Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (DSNS), extended his congratulations to rescue workers in recognition of Rescuer's Day, an annual occasion dedicated to those who face peril daily to save lives and clear dangerous explosives.
