Videos have circulated on social media showing drones attacking the high-rise building. Due to the impact, a fire broke out, the explosion shattered windows in several apartments and damaged the building itself.
Explosions were also reported in the city of Taganrog. It should be noted that the night before, drones attacked the city of Kropotkin in the Krasnodar Krai. This attack caused damage to an electrical substation that powered the regional energy system and railway communications of the area. Local residents reported problems with electricity supply due to this attack.
