According to glavcom.ua: On the night of December 6, strong explosions were heard in Fastiv, as reported by local residents. This led to the massive shelling of railway facilities, forcing Ukrzaliznytsia to change the routes of passenger trains. Despite this, train traffic has not been stopped, but additional measures for the safety of passengers and service personnel have been implemented.
Operational information about possible changes in routes and arrival times is coming from trains and stations, so passengers must be attentive and listen for new announcements.
The city is still under air alert, and people are in shelters. Information about the aftermath of the explosions and possible casualties is still being determined. Ukrzaliznytsia is actively working on organizing alternative routes for passengers in order to minimize inconvenience and ensure a safe journey.
