According to glavcom.ua: It is reported that as a result of the attack from Russia on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, electricity has been turned off in several regions. Currently, energy workers are working to restore stable electricity supply and plan to cancel emergency shutdowns after the situation in the energy system stabilizes.
Rocket explosions and the use of drones have led to problems with electricity supply, however, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity as quickly as possible. Stay in touch with electricity distribution operators and use electricity sparingly if you have it.
