American Airlines flight interrupted due to bird strike in the USA
An American Airlines aircraft collided with birds during flight in the USA. The incident occurred on a flight from Philadelphia to San Francisco. The plane returned to the airport after colliding with several birds.
A company representative reported that the aircraft landed safely and passengers disembarked in the usual manner. Everyone was taken to their destination on a spare aircraft, and no one was injured.
Southwest Airlines is implementing new rules for passengers with larger profiles. If they do not fit between the armrests of the seat, they will have to purchase an additional seat. These changes will take effect on January 27, 2026.
There is also information about air traffic restrictions in Polish airspace along the borders with Belarus and Ukraine, justified by national security. This decision will be in effect until December 9. Earlier, an aircraft incident involving the Prime Minister of Spain prevented him from participating in an important 'Coalition of the Determined' meeting in support of Ukraine.
