Kyiv entrepreneur informed of suspicion for illegal car wash

The Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv informed an entrepreneur of suspicion who built a car wash on illegally occupied land. The man, who is a sole proprietor, erected a non-residential building without the necessary permits and used it as a car wash.

According to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, these actions are classified as illegal occupation of land and unauthorized construction. An arrest was imposed on the land where the car wash was built during the pre-trial investigation.

“In 2024, the Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit to remove obstacles for the city community in using the land where illegal structures were built.”

The Economic Court of Kyiv satisfied the claim on September 18, 2024, and the court decision is currently being enforced. The investigation in this case is being conducted by investigators of the Pechersk Police Department of the National Police in Kyiv.

The entrepreneur received a suspicion for unauthorized construction and use of the land without the necessary permits. His actions are preliminarily classified as a violation of the law, which is punishable under the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
