Data collection took place from January 31 to February 1, 2026, using the self-completion questionnaire method via the SunFlower Sociology online panel. The theoretical margin of error does not exceed 2.2% with a confidence level of 95%.

Among the key appointments resulting from the personnel renewal are:

  • Kyrylo Budanov – Head of the Presidential Office
  • Oleh Khmar – Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU)

Such sociological research helps gauge how the population perceives governmental changes and what expectations are placed on new officials, potentially influencing their future policies and strategies.
