Ukrainian champion Dnipro announced 12 players for the start of the Eurocup: full list

According to glavcom.ua: The 'Dnipro' team has determined its lineup for the FIBA Europe Cup qualifying matches against Corona Brasov from Romania. A total of 12 players are included in the application, among them Stanislav Tymofeyenko, Volodymyr Konev, Maksym Zakurdaiev, as well as three legionnaires.

'Dnipro' has already played four international friendly matches and is actively preparing for upcoming games. The qualifying matches are scheduled for September 24 and 27 in Romania, where our team will play against Corona Brasov.

Let us remind you that in the pre-qualification for the 2027 World Championship, the men's national team of Ukraine managed to defeat the national team of Slovakia with a score of 98:86.

The Ukrainian national team also won against Switzerland 73:64, which improved its position in the pre-qualification group for the 2027 World Championship. At the start of the pre-qualification, the national team only lost to Switzerland.

In the second round of the pre-qualification for the 2027 World Cup, Ukraine won against Slovakia with a score of 80:71. This is an excellent result that demonstrates the high level of play of our national team. In the first round, our athletes lost to Switzerland 64:66.
