ChatGPT leads in Ukraine with 92% market share: who is following

According to glavcom.ua: In August 2025, ChatGPT from OpenAI remains the leader among chatbots both globally and in Ukraine. Its share is over 80% globally and even more than 92% in the Ukrainian market. This is reported by the portal 'Glavkom' referencing research from NewsGuard.

According to StatCounter statistics, ChatGPT holds over 80% of the global chatbot market. Even after a slight decline since April of this year, it remains the unrivaled leader. In second place is Perplexity (9%), which previously reached 14.1%. Microsoft Copilot holds third place, increasing from 0.3% in March to a stable 4-5% in the summer. Other competitors (Gemini, Deepseek, Claude) together account for 5.75%.

The Ukrainian market also confirms the leadership of ChatGPT, which accounts for even more - 92.61%. In second place is Copilot (3.01%), and third is Google Gemini (1.96%).

It is important to note that the research from NewsGuard showed that all major chatbots have begun to allow more inaccuracies in their responses, even answering without prior information verification.
