Digital briefcase: how to receive CNAP services at home if you cannot go out
According to ХВИЛЯ: In Ukraine, a tool called 'digital briefcase' has been created, which provides the ability to receive administrative services without the need to personally visit the Centers for Administrative Services (CNAP). This innovation, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, is aimed at Ukrainians who cannot go out due to shelling, health conditions, or age.
The 'digital briefcase' kit includes a mobile workstation for an administrator, consisting of a laptop, scanner, printer, webcam, modem, and ID card reader. This tool allows convenient access to necessary services for those who need them at home.
Who can access the 'digital briefcase' service
The 'digital briefcase' service is available for the following categories of citizens:
- older people (70+ years)
- people with disabilities (group I and II)
- combatants
- veterans
- people with temporary loss of mobility
- mothers
- children with disabilities or cancer
- Chernobyl survivors of category I
It is important to note that ordering the 'digital briefcase' is free of charge.
Applications for the service can be submitted by phone or via the 'SVOI' chatbot in Viber or Telegram. Thus, the 'digital briefcase' becomes an important step in ensuring accessibility of administrative services for vulnerable groups of the population who cannot use traditional methods of obtaining such services.
The introduction of the 'digital briefcase' in Ukraine is an important initiative aimed at improving accessibility of administrative services for individuals facing mobility challenges.
