In November 2026, residents of Odesa will pay 25 UAH for a minibus and 15 UAH for electric transport, unless the authorities make new decisions. After the summer fare increase, the difference between tariffs is 10 UAH. This is reported by Novyny.LIVE.

Public Transport in Odesa in November: Minibuses and Electric Transport

A single trip by tram or trolleybus costs 15 UAH. In private city minibuses, the fare of 25 UAH was introduced on June 27, 2026. Before that, passengers paid 20 UAH, so the summer price increase was 25%.

During discussions, transport operators called for an economically justified price of 32 to 45 UAH. However, the city council's profile commission supported a compromise of 25 UAH. The calculations provided by transport operators do not automatically imply a new increase.

For a passenger with two trips daily over 22 working days, the minibus will cost 1100 UAH per month, while electric transport will cost 660 UAH. Thus, under this schedule, the difference will be 440 UAH, not including transfers.

Another alternative remains social buses with free rides. In September, the city launched routes C1 and C2 during the tram track repairs. Before traveling, it is advisable to clarify the current routes and schedule.

Odesa Region Buses: What Do Trips Cost in 2026

On internal regional bus routes, tariffs were revised in spring. According to the source, the average price increase was about 30%. The following prices apply on popular routes:

  • Odesa – Chornomorsk: 65 UAH.
  • Chornomorsk – Velykodolynske: 30 UAH.
  • Odesa – Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi: 200 UAH.
  • Reni – Odesa: 780 UAH.
  • Reni – Izmail: 200 UAH.

Thus, expenses depend on both the type of transport and the direction. The current city tariffs can be taken as a basis for planning the November budget, but their retention depends on the absence of new decisions.

Meanwhile, Odesa received seven buses from Dnipro. They are intended to strengthen transport services, including substituting trams and trolleybuses during power outages. For passengers, this is primarily important as a way to reach the desired area.
